We actively engage the DEI lens in our planning and service delivery by listening to what our communities tell us. We challenge the status quo daily and commit to building relationships with equity-deserving communities based on trust, transparency, accountability, and authenticity. We acknowledge the impact of systemic oppression and welcome the accountability from communities to do better and address the disproportionality and disparity of outcomes. We are also making sure our policies and structures align with DEI values and also making sure that our staffing is a reflection of the community with serve. We are striving to do better and create an inclusive space for all.
