The affinity groups serve as our DEI pillars to help us foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion at FACSFLA. The affinity groups are supporting our efforts of creating and fostering an equitable workplace for all employees and transforming our services to address the disproportionate impact and outcomes on the diverse families, children, and youth who receive services from our Agency. The affinity groups are led by co-chairs and report to Msenwa Mweneake, our manager of Equity and Transformation.
