Tree of Hope

The Tree of Hope Christmas Appeal is one of oldest Christmas appeals in Southeastern Ontario. It collects toys and raises money for food, cribs and other supports for children served by Family and Children’s Services of Frontenac, Lennox and Addington. The Children’s Aid Society has been helping families at Christmas almost since it started in 1894.

This Christmas, we provided toys, food, clothing, new baby cribs and more to 900 of the people we serve, most of them kids. Please join us in thanking all the people who made the Tree of Hope a success this year - staff, volunteers, donors, friends and supporters. Our community is a better place because of the work we did together this Christmas. Thank you.

You can still help

We need money as much as we need toys. That’s because the needs of our families are varied and complex. Through the funds we raise we will be able to help buy things like food, baby furniture, activities for kids, clothing, help with heating bills or transportation and more. Any money left over after Christmas will go to our Summer Camp program which sends some of these kids to camps all across our region. Please donate.
